In a clip circulating on social media, two men in white clothes beat a man in black on DT784 road through Truong Mit commune (Duong Minh Chau district, Tay Ninh province). Although some people tried to stop him, these two people still continuously assaulted the victim.
After being beaten many times, the man in the black shirt kept saying "excuse me" and then lay down on the road.
On the morning of April 9, the leader of the Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police informed that as soon as the incident occurred, the Traffic Police Department coordinated with the Criminal Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police to verify the incident.
Through verification, the above incident occurred at 13:20 on April 7 in Truong Mit commune. The authorities have worked with the victim and have verified the two subjects who beat him. These two subjects have now fled.
Also according to the leader of the Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Province Police, according to the victim's testimony, the cause of the incident was not due to a traffic collision.
