The livestream session combining sales and entertainment took place for 14 hours (from 11am on November 10 to 1am on November 11) at Nguyen Hue walking street, Ho Chi Minh City.

This event called Mega Livestream 11.11 is organized by TikTok Shop, combining online and offline (O2O), under the leadership of Pham Thoai - one of the most influential affiliate marketing content creators in Vietnam today.

Unlike the vast majority of super livestream sales events that have been held, where buyers can only see the "stage" of the live room, the organizer's Mega Livestream 11.11 takes place in a transparent livestream house with an area of about 200 square meters, located in the heart of Nguyen Hue walking street (District 1, HCMC) allowing shopping enthusiasts to witness the "backstage" of the bustling sales session.

In addition to the 14-hour livestream session imbued with the spirit of shopertainment (shopping combined with entertainment), Mega Livestream 11.11 at Nguyen Van Linh walking street also comes with a series of other impressive entertainment programs.

This special livestream session is one of the highlights of the organizer's "Unparalleled Fun Sale" campaign at the end of the year, especially taking place right on the Singles' Day shopping festival 11.11.

In particular, the live sessions "Proud of Vietnamese Goods" bring an explosive livestream party, opening up opportunities to increase revenue for brands in a variety of industries, especially small and medium enterprises in Vietnam.

Ms. Nguyen Ngo - Marketing Manager of TikTok Shop shared: "Through new direct and online activities, we also want to support businesses, especially local sellers, to take advantage of e-commerce to increase revenue at the end of the year."

TikTok Shop is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Vietnam. According to Metric statistics, in the first 9 months of 2024, 5 platforms Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tiki, and Sendo had sales of up to 227,700 billion VND, an increase of 37.66% over the same period in 2023.
