On the afternoon of March 27, when Chung and Phi were present at a house in Loc Phat ward, they were raided and arrested by detectives.
Here, the investigation agency seized 4 plastic bags containing white crystals from the two subjects. The subjects confessed that it was drugs.
In addition, the police force also seized 2 plastic bags containing dried leaves. The subjects confessed that it was marijuana.
The investigation agency also seized a small scale of the glass and other related drug use tools.
