    Binh Thuan - The subject approached the people to borrow phones to call them. After that, the subject snatched his phone, jumped onto his accompanying motorbike waiting and escaped.

    On April 30, the Criminal Police Department of Binh Thuan Province Police coordinated with Binh Hung Ward Police to quickly investigate and arrest 2 subjects who snatched phones in the center of Phan Thiet City.

    Mr. D.V.A (born in 2005, residing in Duc Nghia ward, Phan Thiet city) was playing in a park in the center of Phan Thiet city when a young man approached him, asked to borrow his phone to call him. After calling, this person returned the phone and left. When Mr. A continued to use the phone, the subject suddenly snatched it and jumped onto a motorbike controlled by his accomplices waiting and escaped.

    Receiving news from the Binh Hung Ward Police, the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police organized scouts to search. The police arrested Mai Van Canh (living in Phu Trinh ward, Phan Thiet city), the suspect directly committed robbery. Through the struggle, the police identified the driver of the motorbike carrying the landscape, Nguyen Van Giau (living in Ham Hiep commune, Ham Thuan Bac district).
