The incident occurred around 8:45 am on April 14 at Non Nuoc Bridge, across the Day River (the area adjacent to Hoa Lu city, Ninh Binh province and Y Yen district, Nam Dinh province).
Accordingly, at the above time, many people participating in the traffic on Non Nuoc bridge saw a male student driving a motorbike circulating on Non Nuoc Bridge (Ninh Binh - Nam Dinh) when he approached the middle of the bridge, this male student suddenly left the car on the bridge and then climbed into the bridge railing and jumped into the suicide river.
The victim was identified M, (born in 2008, residing in Hoa Lu city, Ninh Binh). Immediately after the incident, people informed the local authorities to find the victim.
Until 11am the same day, the functional forces have not yet found the victim. It is known that the victim currently attends grade 12 at a high school in Hoa Lu city.
Currently, functional forces are still trying to find victims.
