On March 4, information from the Can Tho City e-Portal, the Chairman of the City People's Committee gave instructions on the proposal to establish a Policy Advisory Group of the Chairman of the City People's Committee.
Accordingly, based on the requirement to improve the quality of direction and administration of socio-economic development in the coming time, the Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the Institute of Socio-Economy to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance and relevant agencies to research and propose the establishment of a Policy Advisory Group.
The Group has the function of consulting and recommending policies and solutions to the Chairman of the City People's Committee in directing and administering socio-economic development. Members of the Advisory Group are experts, scientists, businesses, and individuals who have a deep understanding of all fields and are dedicated to contributing to the development of the country in general and Can Tho city in particular.
