Around March 3, Mr. D and his wife made a shack to store items that had encroached on Mr. C's land, so Mr. C asked Mr. D and Mr. D to dismantle the religious and property on the land to return the land area to him.However, Mr. D and his wife did not perform because they thought that before working as a shack, Ms. L directly asked to borrow the land and Mr. C agreed.
However, the couple did not have documents to prove and Mr. C did not admit this.On August 12, 2024, Mr. C filed a lawsuit to the People's Court of Cam Giang district, asking Mr. D to return 33.5m2 of land.
At the trial, the Trial Panel claimed to accept the entire request of Mr. Vu Dinh C, forcing Mr. Vu Dinh D to return the land area of 33.5m2 to Mr. C at the plot of 209, map sheet No. 23, an area of 226.32m2 in Kim Xa village, Cam Doai commune, Cam Giang district and self -dismantling and relocating property on the land.
