On the afternoon of September 21, Hai Phong City Police said that implementing Plan No. 878/KH-PC06-D3 dated March 14, 2024 on inspecting business establishments with security and order conditions in the city, the authorities discovered a motel violating 3 regulations on accommodation.
Accordingly, at 9:35 p.m. on September 20, the Working Group consisting of Team 3, Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police - Hai Phong City Police coordinated with the Police Team of Administrative Management of Social Order Police - Ngo Quyen District Police, to inspect the compliance with regulations and conditions on security and order for the business establishment Trang Anh Guesthouse, address No. 1A Lot 26D Le Hong Phong, Dong Khe Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong.
At the time of inspection, Trang Anh Guesthouse had 6 rooms with 10 guests staying (10 men, 2 women). Although the owner of the business presented a business registration certificate, a certificate of security and order, and a fire safety inspection report, he did not follow the inspection process and store information of guests staying according to the law; did not follow the regulations on accommodation notification; the establishment had renovated 2 floors from the living room and reception into 2 rooms for rent.
The working group has drawn up a record of the incident and handed it over to Ngo Quyen District Police to guide the facility to properly implement legal regulations related to accommodation service business and handle violations according to regulations.
