On September 30, the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Tri Province Police informed that it had issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute 4 subjects: Nguyen Tuan Ngoc (born in 2006, residing in Hieu Giang Commune), Le Minh Tai (born in 2006), Le Van Tu (born in 2006) and Tran Nhat Hao (born in 2006, both residing in Cam Lo Commune, Quang Tri Province) for the crime of "Intentionally causing injury". These decisions have been approved and implemented by the People's Procuracy of Region 5.
Previously, on the evening of May 20, at Lao Dai restaurant (Cam Lo commune), a conflict over a musical connection led to a fight between Le Minh Tai and D.H (born in 2004).
After Tai and D.H got into a fight, Nguyen Tuan Ngoc and Le Van Tu followed Tai to beat D.H.
However, D.H's friend, D.M.D (born in 2004), came to ask about the incident. Tu committed the crime and was punched in the face by D.M.D. This behavior incited the group of Tai, Ngoc, Tu, Hao and a number of others to attack, using their hands, feet and glass cups, beer bottles to attack.
As a result, D.M.D suffered severe injuries, with a body injury rate of 29%.
Currently, the authorities are continuing to investigate and strictly handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
