On the afternoon of April 8, Binh Thuan Provincial Police said they were clarifying a case with signs of a reckless, hooliganism that had just occurred on National Highway 1A.
The police received a report from Mr. B (18 years old) being chased by a group of strangers holding weapons on National Highway 1, Ham Tan District and when he fell, the subjects took his motorbike. The police deployed forces to examine the scene, verify and investigate the group of perpetrators.
Through professional measures, the identities of the 6 teenagers were determined. Through the struggle, the subjects initially confessed that due to a previous conflict with another group of young people, this group brought weapons such as knives and machetes to seek revenge.

When they discovered B driving a motorbike on National Highway 1A, the group thought that B was in the opposing group, so they chased and beat him. B drove away on a motorbike, unfortunately fell, so he left the motorbike to flee, then the motorbike was appropriated by the group.
Most of these subjects are between the ages of 15 and 19, many of whom have criminal records for disturbing public order and intentionally causing injury. The case is being investigated by the police for handling according to regulations.
