Previously, after receiving a report reflecting traffic safety violations (TTATGT) from people with the content: At about 2 pm on January 10, at the intersection of National Highway 38 with Tran Binh Trong street, Duy Tan ward, Ninh Binh province; car with license plate 90H – 027.xx was traveling in the wrong lane, violating traffic safety regulations. The above car affects other vehicles circulating on the road and potentially poses a complex traffic safety situation.
Upon receiving the report, the leaders of the Traffic Police Department directed Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 to verify and work with Mr. Nhu Van H (born in 1994, residing in Thanh Liem commune, Ninh Binh province) who was driving the above car.
During the working process, Mr. H admitted his violation. Based on regulations, Mr. H was fined 5 million VND and deducted 2 points from his driver's license.
