At 11:10 p.m. on October 31, Chan Hung Commune Police caught a group of subjects organizing gambling in the form of money-taking at a grocery store of Nguyen Trong Vong (born in 1988, residing in Thai Hung village, Chan Hung commune).
It determined that there were 6 participants, including: Duong Van Toai (born in 1982), Pham Van Lich (born in 1972), Vu Van Loi (born in 1973), Vu Van Hong (born in 1986), Bui Van Mang (born in 1988) and Luong Van Vang (born in 1985, all residing in Chan Hung commune).
On November 7, the Investigation Police Agency issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute 6 subjects for the crime of "Gambling" under Clause 1, Article 321 of the Penal Code. At the same time, the subjects were detained for further investigation and handling according to regulations.
