On the morning of September 30, Krong Pak District Police, Dak Lak Province, informed that in 2 days, the unit handled 3 cases, arresting 9 subjects for organizing the illegal use and trading of drugs.
Previously, at 3:00 a.m. on September 26, at a karaoke bar in Ea Yong commune, Krong Pac district, the Criminal Police, Economic Police, and Drug Police of the district police discovered and caught red-handed a case of illegal drug use.
The subjects include: Ho Bao Duy (born in 1999), Vo Hoang Phuc (1998), Nguyen Van Chanh (born in 1999) and Ngo Nam Phat (born in 2001), all residing in Tien Giang province. In addition, there are 4 female karaoke bar attendants. These subjects were caught red-handed organizing illegal drug use.
Working with the police, the subjects confessed that after finishing drinking, the four subjects, along with Vo Ba Toan (born 2000), residing in Tien Giang province, pooled money to buy crystal meth and brought it to the karaoke bar to use.
When arriving at the karaoke bar, these subjects called 4 more female employees to the room to sing and together organized illegal drug use.
While using crystal meth, the subjects were caught red-handed by the police. Toan returned home first but was also arrested shortly after.
At the scene, the police seized many items for the subjects to use drugs. At the police station, the subjects confessed to all their crimes. After a quick test, all tested positive for drugs.
Previously, on September 25, two subjects, Trieu Y Thuong (born in 1998) and Y Moi Ayun, both residing in Krong Pac district, bought 2 million VND worth of crystal meth to divide and sell for profit.
While on the way to deliver crystal meth, 2 people were arrested by the police along with the evidence.
Also on September 25, Ho Minh Hanh (born in 1990), residing in Tan Tien commune, Krong Pac district, was caught red-handed by the police while on his way to buy crystal meth.
