4 people found positive for drugs from a suspicious car at night

Vinh Long - Patrolling in Hoa Phu Industrial Park, Phu Quoi commune, Police 113 discovered a suspicious car, and checked and determined that 4 people in the car tested positive for drugs.

On January 5, Vinh Long Provincial Police said that the case of discovering a group using illegal drugs in a car has been handed over to Phu Quoi Commune Police to continue verifying and clarifying according to legal regulations.

Accordingly, at 11:15 PM on the night of December 29, 2025, while patrolling and controlling, ensuring security and order in Hoa Phu Industrial Park and Long Hoa hamlet residential area, Phu Quoi commune, Task Force CS113 discovered a car with license plate 64A-086.xx moving on the road towards Phuoc Hoa hamlet residential area showing abnormal signs, so they requested to stop the vehicle for inspection.

At the time of inspection, the Task Force discovered on the car a glass canister containing many white crystals, a transparent nylon bag sealed tightly at both ends containing many white crystals suspected of being drugs and many other tools used to use drugs.

Through working, all 4 subjects on the vehicle, including Le Tan Khai (born 1998, residing in Dong Thap province); Le Van Be Hai (born 1997, residing in Vinh Long province); Nguyen Chi Khang (born 2002, residing in Vinh Long province); Nguyen Ba Tan (born 1997, residing in Vinh Long province) admitted to using drugs before.

The task force coordinated with Phu Quoi Commune Police to quickly test the above subjects and all tested positive for drugs. Currently, the case is being further investigated and clarified for handling according to the provisions of law.
