According to initial information, at around 5:30 p.m. on August 8, some people passing through a ditch in Van Thang commune, the old Nong Cong district (now Nong Cong commune) discovered a man dead on the roadside, nearby a motorbike.
The victim was identified as Mr. T.Q.C. (born in 1984, residing in Yen Tho commune, Thanh Hoa province).
Immediately after receiving the report, Nong Cong Commune Police coordinated with relevant agencies to the scene to investigate and clarify the cause. Initial assessment is that the victim may have had an accident on the way home from work, leading to death.
Currently, the victim's body has been handed over to his family for funeral arrangements.
