Previously, on April 23, people recorded images of a bus with license plate 38B-008.xx running on National Highway 15 in Ha Linh Commune, Huong Khe District, when the bus had not stopped, allowing passengers to get on and off, causing unsafety and potential accidents.
After verification, the authorities identified the driver of the bus with license plate 38B-008.xx as driver Duong Hong D (born in 1990, residing in Huong Khe district, Ha Tinh).
Working with the police, driver D admitted to the violation.
According to regulations, if passengers get on or off the vehicle before it has stopped, they will be administratively fined from 1-2 million VND and have their driving license deducted 2 points.
The behavior of letting passengers get on and off while the vehicle is extremely dangerous, easily causing accidents, threatening the lives of passersby.
