Captain Nguyen Trung Hieu, Deputy Head of Road Traffic Police Team No. 1, Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police) said that for cases of non-cooperation and intentionally not complying with the instructions of the person performing the task, the Traffic Police force resolutely applies appropriate professional measures to clarify violations. At the same time, strictly handle them in accordance with the law; do not tolerate any violations.
According to Senior Lieutenant Colonel Le Minh Hoang, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police), in 2025, the traffic police force of the whole province discovered and made records of handling more than 7,700 cases of alcohol concentration violations, with a total fine of over 42 billion VND; temporarily seized more than 7,000 vehicles, revoked driver's licenses and deducted points for 1,684 cases.
