The Chief Prosecutor of Huong Son District People's Procuracy has just approved the decision to prosecute the accused and the 2-month temporary detention order for Dau Quang Nam (born in 2000, residing in Kim Linh village, Kim Hoa commune, Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province) for theft of property.
Previously, at around 6:30 p.m. on March 30, Mr. T. Q. L (born in 1985, Hoa Hai commune, Huong Khe district, Ha Tinh province) parked a motorbike with license plate 38H1-181.xx at the rented house of Ms. Tran Thi Huong (born in 1976, residing in residential group 6, Pho Chau town, Huong Son district).
At around 6:30 a.m. on March 31, Mr. L discovered that the car had been stolen by a thief, so he went to Pho Chau Town Police to report it.
During the investigation, Pho Chau Town Police identified Dau Quang Nam as the person who committed the above-mentioned act of stealing the motorbike.
According to Pho Chau Town Police, in 2024, Dau Quang Nam was sentenced to 9 months in prison by the People's Court of Huong Son District for theft of property.
