On February 1, information from the Department of Health of Thai Nguyen province showed that during the 7-day Lunar New Year holiday (from January 25 to 31), hundreds of cases of hospitalization related to traffic accidents were recorded in the province.
According to statistics, there are currently 243 cases, of which 76 cases are hospitalized. The above data does not include Thai Nguyen Central Hospital and Military Hospital 91.
Compared to the same period of the Lunar New Year 2024, the number of hospitalizations due to traffic accidents has decreased. Hospitals are now proactively arranging enough human resources and equipment to promptly handle cases.
Authorities recommend that people raise their awareness of traffic participation, especially not driving after drinking alcohol to ensure safety for themselves and the community.
