On January 15, Vinh Long Provincial Police said that Loc Thuan Commune Police are consolidating the file to handle subject N.T.C.T (born in 1993, residing in Dong Thap province) for the act of illegally possessing drugs.
According to the file, at 12:00 on January 7, at the house of Ms. Vo Thi Nhuong (Vinh Trung hamlet, Loc Thuan commune, Vinh Long province), the Loc Thuan Commune Police Task Force conducted an inspection according to plan.
Through inspection, functional forces discovered and caught red-handed subject N.T.C.T (born in 1993, residing in Than Hoa hamlet, Chau Thanh commune, Dong Thap province) in the act of illegally possessing drugs.
Exhibits seized included 01 white nylon bag, inside containing white crystals suspected to be drugs. The commune police conducted a rapid drug test for N.T.C.T.
The results showed that the subject tested positive for the drug Methamphetamine. Currently, Loc Thuan Commune Police are consolidating the file for handling according to the provisions of law.
