Responding to the emulation campaign of Ho Chi Minh City Police, at the Dialogue Program between the Standing Committee of the Party Committee - the Board of Directors of the City Police with grassroots police officers, on September 22, 312 police units of communes and wards in the city together with the Youth Union advised the Steering Committee at the same level to organize the 155th Green Sunday.
Units simultaneously mobilized the masses and youth to continue to participate in removing illegal advertising products. This is also a major event to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the Southern Resistance Day (September 23, 1945 - September 23, 2024).
With more than 8,600 people deployed, the entire city has removed nearly 31,000 illegal credit advertising products, septic tank pumping, wifi installation, and rolling door repair that were illegally posted on electric poles, lamp posts, and walls, completely handling this situation on 300 streets.
The regular organization of mass mobilization on weekends has been maintained by the Ho Chi Minh City Police, the City Youth Union and the city's people for more than a year now and will continue to promote and expand this model, contributing positively to building an increasingly livable, civilized, modern and humane city.
