On the afternoon of January 23, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Quang Tri Province Police confirmed that they had just found the body of a drowning victim.
Previously, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Quang Tri Province Police received information that someone was suspected of drowning at Cau Kenh (Dong Tam 1 village, Trieu Tai commune, Trieu Phong district, Quang Tri province), so they mobilized forces to the scene.
The rescue team coordinated with Trieu Phong District Police to carry out the rescue. At 3:36 p.m., the victim's body was found.
The victim was identified as N.V.H (born in 1959, residing in Ngo Xa Thanh Le village, Trieu Trung commune, Trieu Phong district).
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
