HCMC - Many businesses expect HCMC to continue to promote its role as a connecting center, supporting the bringing of OCOP products and regional specialties to the market.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tra My - Director of Tra My Natural Products Company shared that the company hopes to spread its products not only in Ho Chi Minh City but also nationwide and internationally. Although still quite young and having only started a business for more than 3 years, the company has reached many retail distributors.

However, the process of bringing products into the supermarket system faces many challenges, such as requirements for organic certification, environmental protection standards and competitive price pressure with large corporations. Therefore, businesses hope to be given access to specialized retail systems such as organic stores, mother and baby stores, or organic cosmetics stores in Ho Chi Minh City.
