According to the rules, individuals or groups of authors who are Vietnamese citizens have a passion for digital painting creation to be able to participate in this contest. The authors will send a digital file (minimum 6,000 x000 pixel) along with personal information and an explanation of the organizers' email idea. The time to receive entries is from March 29 to June 20, 2025. The award ceremony is expected to take place on August 9.
