Implementing the City Police's Plan on inspecting business establishments with security and order conditions and sensitive services in the area, on the night of August 21, Gia Vien Ward Police organized administrative inspections at 8 bi-a, game, poker, internet businesses in the ward including: Bi-a Dat Cang (275 Lach Tray), MDM Billiards Club (No. 1, Lot 26A Le Hong Phong), New H2 (Floor 6.7, No. 4-5 Lot 22B Le Hong Phong), Homie Billiards (33 Le Quang Dao), Arena Kings (27 Do Nhuan), Game Phuong Thao (32/263 Lach Tray), Game Club (271 Vu Trong Khanh) and Solaire Poker Club (28/182 Van Cao).
At ArenaKings facility (No. 27 Do Nhuan), the ward police discovered a subject gambling in the form of playing fish shooting games to exchange reward points with Nguyen Duc Viet (born in 1990, residing in Group 8, Hai An Ward, Hai Phong City) as the manager at the facility. The gambling score is determined to be 100 points, equivalent to 1,000,000 VND.
