On July 2, Secretary of the City Youth Union Nguyen Thi Thuy visited, encouraged and presented gifts to youth volunteer teams performing the task of supporting people in completing administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center of Lai Khe and Phu Thai communes, on the second day of implementing the two-level local government.
At the Public Administration Service Centers of Lai Khe and Phu Thai communes, many people came to do administrative procedures on the first day of implementing the two-level local government. The Youth Union of the wards mobilized a youth volunteer team of 10-15 youth union members in the area to guide people to make citizen identification cards, use the VneID application; support people in administrative procedures.
The Youth Union of 114 communes, wards and special zones mobilized youth union members to support people at the Public Administration Service Center. Accordingly, each commune, ward, and special zone mobilizes 5-10 union members to be on duty from Monday to Friday, from 7-11:30 am to 5:30 pm, starting from July 1 to the end of December 2025.
At the visited destinations, the Secretary of the City Youth Union acknowledged, commended and encouraged the volunteer spirit; presented gifts including hats and shirts to youth union members of wards participating in performing their duties. The Secretary of the City Youth Union also hopes that union members and youth volunteers will focus on completing the task of supporting the government and people to quickly adapt to the new area.
