At around 0:47 on January 28, at Km 835+400 National Highway 1A (section through Hue), Mr. Nguyen Nhu Ph (year of birth and address unknown) was driving a passenger car with license plate 75B-003.xx on National Highway 1A in the direction of Da Nang - Hue.
When reaching the above kilometer, Mr. Phuoc's car collided with a motorbike without a license plate driven by Mr. Nguyen Thanh L. (born in 1962), moving from Vo Trac to National Highway 1A.
Then, both vehicles rushed to the opposite lane and collided with a car with license plate 74A - 208.xx, driven by Mr. Nguyen Van T. (born in 1996, residing in Gio Linh district, Quang Tri), traveling from Hue city to Da Nang, causing the accident.
As a result, Mr. L. died on the spot.
The alcohol and drug tests for the car driver were both negative.
