At 5:10 p.m. on August 25, an accident occurred in front of house number 269 Nguyen Luong Bang, Phu Lien Ward. At this time, Mr. P.V.M (born in 1984, residing in An Lao commune) was driving a car on Nguyen Luong Bang street from Duong Kinh to Kien An 5-way intersection. When arriving at the above location, Mr. M's motorbike collided with a motorbike driven by Ms. B.T.H (born in 1985) in Phu Lien, Hai Phong. As a result, Ms. H was seriously injured. The preliminary cause was that Ms. H drove the car onto the road without observing. Mr. M did not observe or slow down, causing the accident.
Also on August 25, at 6:35 p.m., on the Vinh Am inter-commune road section through Tam Cuong 4 village, a motorbike driven by Mr. P.D.Q (born in 1991, residing in Cao Minh 2 village, Vinh Am) traveling from Tam Cuong 4 village to Vinh Am Commune People's Committee collided with a pedestrian, Ms. D.T.K (born in 2019, residing in the same commune). As a result, Ms. K suffered a traumatic brain injury. At 11pm the same day, Mrs. K died.
Currently, the case is being further investigated and handled by the authorities.
