The incident occurred at around 6:45 p.m. on October 27 at the intersection of the ghe commercial service center, Mao Dien commune, Hai Phong city. At this time, a motorbike without a license plate driven by N.C.H (born in 2001, residing in Chi Khe village, Mao Dien commune) was carrying N.D.H.H (born in 2009, residing in Quy Duong village, Mao Dien commune) from Road 195B to Quy Duong. Passing through the intersection, due to not being able to control the speed, both fell and were thrown onto the rear wheel of the left side of the car driven by Mr. N.T.D (born in 1991, residing in Bac Ninh province) towards National Highway 5 to Mao Dien.
As a result, H was seriously injured. At 6:55 p.m. the same day, H died at home. Currently, the case is being handled according to regulations.
