At this time, Mr. L.H.L (born in 1983, residing in Ho Nam ward, Le Chan district) was traveling with Mr. L.H.T (born in 2002, residing in Ky Son commune, Thuy Nguyen district) on a motorbike (driver unknown) from the south of Binh bridge towards Nguyen Duc Canh street, collided with the right railing of Tam Bac bridge and fell onto the street.
