Around 5:22 on April 14, at the intersection of Ninh Vu - Lach Huyen street (Cat Hai district), a traffic accident between passenger cars and motorcycles. The victim is Mrs. P.T.U (born in 1960, residing in Nghia Lo commune, Cat Hai district, Hai Phong) driving a motorbike in the direction of Ninh village to turn left to the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Bridge, colliding with a passenger car to Lach Huyen. As a result, Mrs. U died on the spot.
Previously, about 20h on April 13, at Km7+155 Thai Binh Bridge (a project connecting Lang Am Bridge to Hai Phong - Thai Binh coastal road, the section passing Tran Nam village, Tran Duong commune, Vinh Bao district) also happened a traffic accident. Accordingly, motorcycles and Mr. N.V.H's body (born in 1975, resident of Nam Hung commune, Tien Lang) were discovered neatly in the sewer of the box under construction.
On April 13, about 2h58 at Km 19+300 Bui Vien Street (section passing Nam Hai ward, Hai An), Mr. B.V.L (born in 1981, resident of An Bien Ward, Le Chan District) drove a motorbike 15AS -049XX from the afternoon of Bui Bui - Le Hong Phong to the direction of Bui Vien - Inter -Ward Road to collide with the divider. As a result, Mr. L died on the spot.
