The violators all reside in Thuy Nguyen district, including: D.V.H (born in 2006), driving a motorbike with license plate 15G1-937.19, residing in Thuy Duong commune; L.H.A (born in 2006), driving a motorbike without a license plate, residing in Thuy Trieu commune; N.T.H (born in 2008), driving a motorbike with a covered license plate, residing in Hoa Dong commune; D.T.Q (born in 2008), driving a motorbike with license plate 15B4-221.13, residing in Thuy Son commune; L.V.S (born in 2008), driving a motorbike with license plate 15FA-235.05, residing in Chinh My commune; D.D.Q (born in 2008), driving a motorbike with license plate 36B8-888.88; H.V.M (born in 2001), driving a motorbike with license plate 15G1-862.22, residing in Cao Nhan commune; H.N.T (born in 2009), driving a motorbike with license plate 15G1-821.64, residing in Cao Nhan commune and V.V.T (born in 1988), driving a motorbike with license plate 15G1-735.38, residing in Trung Ha commune.
The above cases have violations of traffic safety order such as: driving a motorbike without wearing a helmet, carrying a passenger without wearing a helmet, not having a motorbike registration, not having a motorbike driving license, not having a rearview mirror on the left side of the driver...
