Handling subjects illegally buying and selling drugs in Dak Lak border commune

Dak Lak - The authorities have just discovered and handled a case of illegal drug trafficking in a border commune in the area.

On July 26, Se Phoc Border Guard Station (under the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command) informed that the unit had just issued a decision to prosecute a criminal case of "Illegal trading of drugs" occurring in Buon Don commune.

At the same time, the unit handed over the subject and the documents and exhibits to the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Dak Lak Provincial Police for handling according to regulations.

Previously, on July 22, the authorities discovered Tu Hoang Cam Tu (residing in Buon Don commune, Dak Lak province) illegally buying and selling drugs in the form of weeds to Hoang Trong Nghia and Nong Quoc Hung (both residing in Ea Wer commune, Dak Lak province).

At the scene, the authorities seized two transparent plastic bags containing brown dried herbs from Hoang Trong Nghia's left hand.

Nghia and Hung confessed that it was drugs in the form of grass that they had just bought from Tu for 150,000 VND. In the on-site struggle, Tu admitted to giving his child two packages of drugs to give to Nghia and Hung.

Expanding the investigation, Tu voluntarily handed over 106 transparent plastic bags containing brown dried herbs.

The results of the examination by the authorities determined that all the herbs seized contained drugs.

Tu confessed to having bought these drugs from a man through social networks. After that, Tu divided it into small amounts to retail to addicts in Buon Don commune and neighboring areas at a price of 50,000 VND/package.
