In March 2025, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province reported to the Vietnam Road Administration on the results of reviewing and handling shortcomings and inadequacies in road traffic organization.
Regarding the organization of road traffic in the province, the Traffic Police - Khanh Hoa Provincial Police have discovered and recommended that the unit managing the route review and inspect the locations of black spots, potential spots, and shortcomings of the road signal system.
As a result, 17 shortcomings, black spots and potential traffic accident spots have been fixed and handled.
Of which, there are 11 points on routes managed by the Ministry of Construction; 6 points on routes managed by localities; the remaining 36 points are inadequate, black spots and potential points.
Most of them have been organized by a team to inspect the site and propose solutions, some points have been included in the repair plan by the route management units in the second quarter of 2025, no later than 2025.
Regarding the repair of black spots on route 23/10 (National Highway 1C), Khanh Hoa province has assigned the Department of Construction to preside over, review, and promptly agree on a plan for implementation.
Currently, the road signal system in the province has also been invested in and upgraded by the province in a synchronous manner and operated stably.
Khanh Hoa province has assigned traffic infrastructure management units in the province to regularly inspect, review, promptly handle or propose appropriate solutions to competent authorities to fundamentally overcome shortcomings in road bridges, ensuring convenient traffic for the transportation of passengers, goods and people's travel.
Regarding the road parking lots assigned for management, currently, in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province, 4 routes are being organized with toll fees to limit traffic congestion, specifically on the streets: Yersin, Ly Tu Trong, Nguyen Chanh, Le Thanh Ton.
