(born in 2008, residing in An Lao, Hai Phong), driving motorbike 15H1-292.43; Luong Hoang N. (born in 2004, residing in Kien An, Hai Phong), driving motorbike 15B3-412.05; Hoang Gia V. (born in 2004, residing in An Lao), driving motorbike 15AC-053.61; Nguyen Van H. (born in 2004, residing in Kien An district), driving motorbike 15AN-061.52.
In An Lao district, the Mobile Police Department discovered Doan Anh T. (born in 2010, residing in Thanh Son, Kien Thuy, Hai Phong), driving a motorbike 15AB-061.86.
The above cases include violations of traffic safety order such as: Driving a motorbike without a helmet; carrying a passenger without a helmet; carrying 2 adults; driving a motorbike without a license plate; not having a motorbike registration; people aged 16 to under 18 driving a motorbike with a cylinder capacity of 50 cm3 or more; people aged 14 to under 16 driving a motorbike or a motorbike.
Also on the evening of March 28, the Traffic Police Team of Tien Lang area (Quang Trung Traffic Police Station, Traffic Police Department - Hai Phong City Police) organized an inspection and handling of alcohol concentration violations in Tien Lang district; set up 2 checkpoints on key routes including Provincial Road 354 and District 25.
