On November 7, Market Management Team (QLTT) No. 4, Ninh Binh Province Market Management Department issued a decision to administratively sanction P.T.M business household (address: Khanh Nhac commune, Ninh Binh province) for displaying to sell counterfeit goods. The fine was 10 million VND and all violating exhibits were forced to be destroyed.
Previously, on November 5, Market Management Team No. 4 inspected the M.M store of business household P.T.M.
Through inspection, the inspection team discovered that the store was displaying to sell goods including 32 clothes of various types with signs of counterfeiting the adidas brand that is protected in Vietnam.
In the coming time, the Ninh Binh Provincial Market Management Department will continue to step up the peak of the fight to prevent and repel smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, infringement of intellectual property rights and market control.
