MC Quoc Tri continues to enter the next round of the "Love Bolero 2025" contest. After surprising transformations on stage, in this round, Quoc Tri brought an emotional story about love for a father.
He had a special collaboration with his biological father and moved many audiences. "Tinh Bolero 2025" is not only a place to help Quoc Tri express his passion for singing, but also an opportunity for him to fulfill his dream of singing in harmony with his father on the big stage.
The singing voice of Quoc Tri's biological father also surprised the judges in the program, including: Famous singer Phuong Dung, Meritorious Artist Vu Thanh Vinh, actor Quach Ngoc Ngoan and musician Hamlet Truong.
Traveling long distances to support his son, Quoc Tri's biological father said that when he received a phone call from his son, although it was quite urgent, he still tried to arrange work to accompany his son.
He hopes that although his appearance is short, it will be his encouragement for his son, and at the same time send a meaningful message to the audience: "In any case, you must maintain your stance, stand up wherever you fall. Just like what a father gives to his children is always profound and sacred".
Talking about convincing him to become a professional on the stage of "Tinh Bolero 2025", Quoc Tri revealed: "My father is also an art lover so he did not encounter many difficulties. When I shared this idea and expressed my desire to have a memory between father and daughter, my father immediately agreed. Because for him, helping his son was a joy. As for me, this is a beautiful milestone in my artistic journey, something I will never forget".
After the competition, famous singer Phuong Dung highly appreciated Quoc Tri's voice, combined with a new harmony that brought her emotions. Meritorious Artist Vu Thanh Vinh expressed his love for the way the story is staged. Actors Quach Ngoc Ngoan and Quoc Tri brought an emotional and complete exam. The way the male contestant connected his song made the listener comfortable.
Quoc Tri also confided that the story was built inspired by the real life of the male MC. "Although I am still trying to pursue a career so that my parents can see that I can succeed, I still feel guilty. This year I am also over 30 years old, while my friends have had many successful people, their parents can comfortably enjoy retirement life but my parents still have to worry about me" - Quoc Tri said.
