Accordingly, voters reported that on National Highway 1A, the section passing through Phu Yen province, there were many sections where construction units dug and plowed the road surface for a long time, causing slow restoration of the road surface, causing traffic obstruction and unsafety for people and vehicles.
Voters recommend that the Ministry of Transport review and direct the remedy of this situation.
Responding to this issue, the Ministry of Transport said that on National Highway 1 through Phu Yen province, there is currently 01 project to repair the road surface from Km1322+00 - Km1324+00 under construction.
To remedy the situation as reflected by voters, the road management agency has disciplined the construction contractor, directed the patrol force of the Regional Road Management Office and supervision consultants, and strengthened close supervision of traffic safety work.
According to the Ministry of Transport, to date, the project has completed the repair work and is completing the traffic safety system to hand over for use.
