According to information from the Cao Bang Province Hydrometeorological Station, a cold air mass in the North is continuing to move south. The weather is clear, no rain, sunny during the day, cold at night and in the morning.
It is forecasted that this cold air mass will affect the weather in localities in the province this evening and tonight (November 17). Northeast wind will reach level 2-3.
During this cold air mass, the lowest temperature is commonly between 16-19 degrees Celsius, in high mountainous areas it is below 15 degrees Celsius. It is very cold at night and in the morning.
It is forecasted that this cold spell may have negative impacts on the environment, living conditions of crops, livestock, infrastructure as well as socio-economic activities.
