According to Mr. Ly Quoc Viet - Deputy General Director of Kim Long Motor, the company is focusing on building a showroom system and after-sales services to ensure customers receive comprehensive support from the stage of purchasing the vehicle, warranty, maintenance to technical services throughout the usage process.
In its expansion strategy, Kim Long Motor aims to develop a system of showrooms and dealers meeting 4S standards in key provinces and cities across the country. 4S standard showrooms will not only display vehicles but also provide maintenance, warranty and spare parts services to bring a comprehensive and consistent experience to customers.
For localities with smaller market demand, the company will deploy 3S or 1S standard agents through the form of authorized agents.
In addition, Kim Long Motor plans to open more central service workshops in key traffic areas and develop a network of repair and warranty collaborators nationwide, ensuring that all warranty and maintenance work is performed according to procedures and standards.
By 2028, Kim Long Motor aims to build at least 130 showrooms nationwide, making it easy for customers to access products and repair services in all regions. In key markets such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Hai Phong, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Dak Lak, Can Tho, ... the company plans to invest in at least one 4S standard showroom.
Depending on the scale and needs of each district, Kim Long Motor will build additional showrooms meeting 3S and 1S standards along with a central service workshop system.
Kim Long Motor Hue Joint Stock Company is the investor of the Kim Long Motor Hue Automobile Manufacturing and Assembly Industrial Park project in Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone, Thua Thien Hue Province. With an area of over 600 hectares, this industrial park includes many factories producing and assembling buses, mini buses, trucks, cars, as well as factories producing engines, axles, gearboxes, car bodies, semiconductor technology, etc.
Kim Long Motor aims to develop this industrial park into a leading regional center for automobile and auto parts manufacturing, with the goal of achieving a localization rate of 80% to 90% before the second quarter of 2026.
