He said that the restaurant owner cooks the traditional Northern pho flavor standard by not using too many raw vegetables and spices to eat with it. A bowl of pho here only costs about 55,000 VND.

Pho Thin Lo Duc

Pho Thin is located on Lo Duc Street, Hai Ba Trung District, the next place Mark Wiens chose to enjoy the rolling pho. This is one of the most famous pho brands in Hanoi.

The Vin pho broth is quite thick rather than clear, like in other pho restaurants. The beef is stir-fried instead of shredded, so it has a much stronger flavor. Pho Thin is also famous for its many onions, green onions, and coriander.

Mark Wiens revealed that this was the first time he tried to eat next-generation eggs. He rated it as almost melting in the mouth and having a great flavor. A bowl of Thin pho costs about 70,000 VND.

As soon as he arrived at the restaurant, the food blogger was impressed because the full and beautiful chicken was displayed right in front of the door. The broth here is made from chicken bones and some internal organs, giving off a fragrant aroma. The yellow water is characterized by beautiful chicken fat.

He ordered a full portion of chicken pho including chicken, young chicken eggs, intestines... Mark Wiens affirmed that this was the most beautiful bowl of chicken pho he had ever seen in his life.

He commented that the broth has a fragrant smell of chicken, when added with lemon leaves, chili, pickled garlic... it has a stronger, more attractive flavor. The young chicken eggs are still made with peach intestines, fat and soft. A full bowl of pho costs about 100,000 VND.

Mark Wiens excitedly said that this was a completely different experience eating pho. The filling is dissolved in the mouth, the sauce is slightly sweet, the chicken is flavorful. In general, the mixed cheese is easy to eat, refreshing, and suitable to eat in the summer. A bowl costs 50,000 VND.
