Cha ca Vong is rated by Taste Atlas as 4th in the top 100 best seafood dishes in the world.

Recently, the prestigious culinary review site Taste Atlas published a list of the 100 best seafood dishes in the world. Notably, Vietnam's La Vong fish cake is ranked 4th, above all of Japan's sushi.

According to Taste Atlas, this is a famous Hanoian specialty dish with a history of more than 100 years. La Vong fish cake is made from catfish or fruit fish, seasoned with turmeric, rieng, pepper... and grilled until Prime.
