"I like the ancient tiled roofs, the old lifestyle of the Northern Vietnamese countryside, the market that opens every morning. Here there is a rare arched stone bridge across the river and a hundred-year-old Bodhi tree," he said. From Thai Binh, Nguyen Trong Cung rode his motorbike for more than an hour to Keo Pagoda, then took a ferry across the river to Nam Dinh, about 50 km away. Photo: Interviewee
Dich Diep Village was formed around the beginning of the 11th century, under the reign of King Ly Thai To, with the name Dich Diep Trang. This land was originally located in the lower reaches of the Red River, in Tay Chan District of Tran Son Nam, later Thien Truong Palace. Photo: Interviewee
