The program took place from June 20 to 28 in Ha Long City (Quang Ninh). This is a special cultural, tourism, media and artistic event held for the first time in Vietnam, with the goal of raising public awareness and action on environmental protection and responding to climate change on a global scale.
At the same time, the event contributes to honoring and promoting the value of the world natural heritage Ha Long Bay, as well as the values of the national and world intangible cultural heritage.

Mr. Vu Minh Ly - Deputy Director of the Communication Center (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment) - hopes that each small act of each person in the Ha Long Climate Arts Program 2025 when combined will bring great value, create momentum and promote energy conversion, reduce emissions, and move towards common goals of climate change globally and in Vietnam.
The program will include a series of more than 20 activities, with locations mainly in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province. The series of activities is divided into 3 periods.
Round 1 (20.2-17.4) includes: announcing events, art exhibitions, auctions causing the Environmental Protection and Heritage Conservation Fund.
Round 2 (1.3-1.6) includes: online art creation contest "Future on Earth", seminar raising awareness of environmental protection, competition for inventing waste recycling tools and machinery.
The final round (June 20)6-28) is the activities: opening ceremony of the Ha Long Climate Art Festival 2025, a scientific seminar on global climate change, activities to clean up the marine environment, plant trees - create a "billionaire garden"...
In particular, the tree planting activity - creating a "billionaire garden" is expected to be done by more than 200 billionaires and people with great influence in the world to plant souvenirs to create a destination to attract tourists, spread the message of planting trees, protecting the Earth.
