According to a source from Lao Cai border gate, this place welcomed about 6,000 visitors on April 30, concentrated in the morning. However, the number of visitors to the border gate has decreased to only about 1,000 visitors on May 1.

This year, visitors mainly come to famous tourist destinations in China such as H dec, Mongolia, Kunming, selenium, Lijiang... Because the April 30 and May 30 holidays take place at the same time as the Labor International Day holiday in China, the number of domestic visitors in this country is also very large. Travel agencies must book hotels, transportation vehicles, and dining accommodation for customers to book seats.
According to Vietravel Hanoi representative, the company recorded a peak holiday season of strong growth from April 30 to May 1, with more than 30,000 visitors signing up for tours, an increase of more than 20% over the same period in 2024.
