The whole country is bustlingly preparing for the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2 (A80) with many commemorative activities and creative ways to express gratitude to history. In particular, the trend of decorating national flags, including the image of the country in decorations, menus... is becoming a "trend" that many coffee shops and restaurants in Hanoi are responding to.
Joining that atmosphere, the coffee shop on O Dong Lam street (Dong Da ward, Hanoi) has just launched a collection of drinks called "Tet Doc Lap", associated with the four historical milestones of the nation.

menu names each drink according to the four historical milestones of the country as a reminder and gratitude to previous generations: 1077, 1428, 1945 and 2025.
1077 is the name of the pink tea. This is the year Ly Thuong Kiet affirmed his sovereignty through the Declaration of Independence "Nam Quoc Son Ha".
In 1428 it was given to the pineapple leaf coconut milk, reminiscent of Le Loi's mark of victory, ending the rule of the Minh household.
The roasted rice drink is called 1945, in which President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence at Ba Dinh Square, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
2025 is the name of the durian Phin dish, symbolizing the desire to continue and develop in the future in the " era of Rising".
Ha Vy, a young tourist who came to the restaurant before the National Day, shared: I found the space of the restaurant decorated with the theme of the Fatherland quite close, creating a clear feeling of the National Day atmosphere. I ordered 1945 - roasted rice filters. My friend tried the 2025 dish - durian fillets and commented that it was fragrant and quite special.

These numbers convey the message of the spirit of professionalism throughout the history of the nation, reminding the younger generation about an unforgettable glorious past.
"Customers are very impressed with the 2025 dish - durian filter because of its novelty and rich flavor. 2025 uses pure durian jam to make the dish fragrant and fatty from the first taste, said Mr. Nguyen Huynh - the owner of the coffee shop.

This is also a place loved by young people because the street coffee experience creates a comfortable feeling and different flavors. The image of the bamboo tree that was once associated with the countryside now appears in the heart of the city, becoming a unique drink.
According to Mr. Huynh, bamboo sticks from Truong Son and the Central Highlands have become fresh green cups. In addition, the restaurant's straws are also made of bamboo and a rice ball holding a Tet cup from the leaves of the plant in Vinh Long.
"A product that when held in hand, customers want to take photos to check in immediately," said the restaurant representative.

The restaurant regularly changes menu topics associated with history, culture, tradition... "These topics will focus on folktales, historical stories, traditional culture of Vietnam. Those stories will be combined with many different materials and styles to bring novelty in the way of conveying messages, Mr. Huynh shared more.
Previously, bamboo coffee also caused a stir in Ho Chi Minh City when it was launched on the occasion of Hung King's Commemoration and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification. Customers lined up to buy three special editions of the cup with three messages: 50 years of the Liberation of the South; Hoang Sa, Truong Sa belongs to Vietnam and Vietnam - The era of rising up.
