While Mr. Ngoc was selling goods, a man wearing a motorbike taxi shirt on a motorbike came to ask to buy lottery tickets. Taking advantage of the time when Mr. Ngoc was looking for lottery tickets as requested, the subject pretended to ask questions to get lost. After that, the subject suddenly snatched a lottery ticket from Mr. Ngoc's hand and accelerated to run towards Cau Xay Street. Due to his disability, Mr. Ngoc could not chase, only knowing how to helplessly look after the thieves.

Mr. Ngoc's relatives said that before the time of the snatch, Mr. Ngoc had received 140 lottery tickets from the agent and had sold more than 20 tickets. Thus, the number of lottery tickets that were drawn was about 100 pieces.

Mr. Ngoc came from his hometown to Ho Chi Minh City to live with his younger brother, but still had to shoulder the responsibility of raising a young child in his hometown, along with his mother who was over 80 years old. This incident caused great economic damage, directly affecting his already struggling life.

Currently, Tang Nhon Phu Ward Police are actively verifying information and searching for the perpetrator to handle according to the provisions of the law.
