On January 28, An Giang Provincial Police coordinated with the Department of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Kien Giang General Hospital to organize a voluntary blood donation session with the theme "Drops of blood of gratitude for comrades, for the people".
The blood donation session attracted a large number of leaders, officers, soldiers, staff of departments; Police of communes, wards, and special zones directly under the Provincial Police to participate in blood donation. As a result, the Organizing Committee received 357 units of blood, promptly supplementing the blood reserves at hospitals and providing blood for emergency and treatment.

This is one of the annual activities with profound and practical humanitarian significance, aimed at promoting the spirit of pioneering, volunteering, and joining hands for the community of all officers, soldiers, and staff under the Provincial Police. Thereby, contributing to raising awareness about the role, importance and noble gesture of voluntary blood donation, and arousing the spirit of mutual love and affection of officers and soldiers of the Police force in blood donation to save people in the spirit of "Donating a drop of blood - giving life".
