Many rural areas are flourishing
Currently, Dak Lak province has about 49 ethnic groups, with 34.37% of the population being ethnic minorities.
Mr. Ksor Quy (former Secretary of the Party Committee of the old Ea Sol commune) shared: "This year, I have lived and worked in the locality for 70 years. Over the past 5 years, I have witnessed the lives of ethnic minority people have improved significantly.
In particular, authorities at all levels have made efforts and joined hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for people in difficult circumstances. This is the correct policy and guidelines of the Party and State".

Mr. Ksor Quy hopes that in the coming period, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee will continue to effectively implement the national great unity policy. In particular, the province will prioritize resources to preserve, preserve and promote the traditional cultural values of ethnic minority communities in the area.
"Because traditional cultural values are the origin, the root - the bond that connects this generation with another generation in the local ethnic minority community" - Mr. Ksor Quy shared more.
In the border commune of Ia R've, 2025 is a special year for the family of war invalid Le Van Pho. Mr. Pho is 72 years old this year, a 4/4-class disabled soldier. Due to difficult family circumstances, for decades, he and his wife have lived in a dilapidated, dilapidated level 4 house.
Thanks to the support of the Border Guard stationed in the commune, this year not only Mr. Pho's family but also many other households in the area have had new, spacious and solid shelters.

Mr. Le Van Pho shared: "In recent times, the security and order situation in the border area has been guaranteed, and people's lives have improved. Over the past 5 years, there have been very few cases of theft, illegal border crossings, buying, selling and transporting banned substances in the area".
"Hopefully, in the coming period, provincial authorities at all levels will continue to invest in upgrading key routes in the border area. From there, people can move more conveniently, the socio-economic situation in the border areas of the Fatherland will increasingly improve, Mr. Pho hopes.
