On April 27, information from the Navy Command said that Ship 571 of Naval Flotilla 411, Brigade 955 (Navy Region 4) docked at Cam Ranh International Port (Khanh Hoa) on the afternoon of April 25, bringing Task Force No. 4 to successfully complete the research, study and visit of officers, soldiers, and people of Truong Sa Special Zone and DK1 Oil Rig.
The delegation was headed by Rear Admiral Ngo Thanh Cong, Director of the Naval Academy. Participating in the delegation were delegates and trainees from the Political Officer School, the Information Officer School, the Armored Officer School, the Border Guard Academy; delegates from the General Staff Department, the General Department of Politics; officers and soldiers in the Navy and editors and reporters of the Army press agencies.

During a week-long voyage, the working delegation visited and encouraged soldiers and people at the islands and island points Song Tu Tay, Son Ca, Da Thi, Sinh Ton Dong, Len Dao, Da Tay B, Truong Sa and DK1/17 rig (Phuc Tan).
Representatives of the working delegation visited, encouraged and presented many meaningful and practical gifts to officers, soldiers and people. The delegation commander acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of overcoming difficulties and hardships, and the determination to be ready to fight and firmly protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the forces.

The delegation expressed their belief that each officer, soldier and people on the islands and offshore platforms will continue to promote the glorious traditions of the Vietnam People's Army and the heroic Navy; uphold the revolutionary spirit, actively build comprehensively strong units that are "model and typical", imbued with military-civilian solidarity, and are a solid support for fishermen to reach out to sea and stick to the sea.

Within the framework of the trip, Working Group No. 4 solemnly organized a Memorial Ceremony for officers and soldiers who sacrificed for the cause of protecting the sovereignty of the Fatherland's sea and islands, leaving deep emotion and impression in the hearts of each delegate.
Throughout the sea journey, propaganda, emulation, and cultural and artistic exchange activities took place sôi nổi and practically, towards the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of Truong Sa Archipelago and the 71st anniversary of the Naval Service.

The delegation organized a contest to learn about "Sea, Islands of the Fatherland and Heroic Vietnam People's Navy"; organized chess and chess competitions; a writing contest to express and compose about Truong Sa, about sea and islands, which was actively responded to and participated by members of the delegation. The organizing committee summarized and awarded 13 prizes to individuals.
Cultural exchange nights on ship 571, at islands, island points and offshore platforms with hundreds of special performances have added invaluable spiritual food to soldiers and people at the forefront of the Fatherland.

The voyage of Working Group No. 4 in 2026 was a great success, achieving the set goals and requirements and ensuring absolute safety. The trip is a vivid practical lesson, helping delegates and trainees to deeply understand the sea and islands; understand the silent contributions and sacrifices of the Navy soldiers.
Thereby, strongly spreading the spirit of "The whole country for Truong Sa, Truong Sa for the whole country", contributing to building the Vietnam People's Navy to become increasingly strong, truly a core force in protecting the sovereignty of the Fatherland's sea and islands, and a solid support for fishermen to reach out to sea and stick to the sea.
